Personalization and recommendation technologies provide the basis for applications that are tailored to the needs of individual users. These technologies play an increasingly important role for financial service providers. The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners working in financial services related areas in order to: (1) understand and discuss open research challenges, (2) provide an overview of existing technologies, and (3) provide a basis for information exchange between industry and academia.

The workshop papers will be published as CEUR Workshop Proceedings. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit their extended versions to JIIS (Journal of Intelligent Information Systems) for possible publication either in a special or regular issue.
